Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers the digital templates, trackers and data sheets sold on greenwolftechlabs.com (the "products"). It applies to every order paid through our payment partner, Cashfree Payments. Last updated 24 October 2026.

Instant delivery. Products are digital files delivered on screen and by email as soon as payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped.

When we refund. Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, we do not refund a purchase only because you changed your mind. We do give a full refund when:

• a file does not open or is materially different from its product page, and we cannot fix it within 3 working days of your email;
• you were charged twice for the same product, or charged without receiving your download links;
• you ask within 7 days of purchase and have not been able to download any file from the order.

How to ask. Email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your order number (it starts with GW) and what went wrong. We reply within 2 working days.

How refunds are paid. Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Cashfree Payments. Refunds are initiated within 3 working days of approval and usually reach you in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Cancellation. You can cancel an order any time before you complete payment. Once a payment succeeds the files are delivered immediately, so the order cannot be cancelled, but the refund terms above still apply.

Custom work. Software and automation projects are governed by their own written agreement, not this policy.
