01

Salesforce that the business can trust, not just log into

Most Salesforce orgs we are asked to look at were configured well enough on day one. The trouble starts later: duplicate accounts from three imports, fields nobody fills in, automation built by four different admins, and reports that disagree with the warehouse. Users stop trusting it and go back to spreadsheets.

Greenwolf works on the part of Salesforce that decides whether it is useful: the data going in, the automation that moves it, and the reporting that comes out. We integrate Salesforce with your ERP, warehouse and operational systems, clean and de-duplicate what is already there, rebuild fragile automation in Flow, and build analytics leadership can act on. For pharma and medtech teams we also work in Life Sciences Cloud and alongside Veeva, drawing on our founder's background in pharma commercial operations consulting at ZS.

02

What we build on Salesforce

  • Data integration and cleanup

Salesforce connected to the systems around it, with the existing records cleaned before anything new is layered on top.

    • Duplicate account and contact resolution
    • Integrations with ERP, warehouse and billing systems
    • Field and picklist rationalisation
  • Sales and Service Cloud automation

Lead routing, approvals, case handling and follow-ups rebuilt in Flow, documented, and tested against the cases that break them.

    • Workflow Rules and Process Builder moved to Flow
    • Case routing and escalation
    • Error handling and audit trails
  • Reporting, CRM Analytics and Tableau

Pipeline, service and account reporting built on definitions agreed with finance and sales operations, inside Salesforce or in Tableau.

    • Native reports and dashboards
    • CRM Analytics datasets and lenses
    • Tableau on Salesforce and warehouse data
  • Data Cloud unification

Customer profiles unified across Salesforce and outside sources, with identity rules you can explain to a data steward.

    • Source mapping and data model design
    • Identity resolution rules
    • Segments and calculated insights
  • Agentforce and AI use cases

Narrow, measurable AI use cases on clean data, with a human checkpoint wherever an error would cost money or trust.

    • Use case selection and scoping
    • Grounding on governed data
    • Pilot, measure, then widen

03

Data Cloud, now Data 360, and where it fits

Salesforce Data Cloud brings records from Salesforce and outside systems together, resolves identities into unified profiles, and makes them available to automation, analytics and AI. At Dreamforce in October 2025 Salesforce renamed it Data 360 and positioned it as the data foundation for Agentforce, its AI agent platform.

It is useful when you need a unified customer profile inside Salesforce itself. It does not replace a warehouse, and it does not fix bad source data: identity resolution is only as good as the identifiers and rules behind it. We help teams decide what belongs in Data Cloud and what belongs in Snowflake or Databricks, and keep the two consistent. Salesforce also completed its acquisition of Informatica in November 2025; if you are weighing a full MDM platform, see enterprise MDM with Informatica and Reltio.

04

Agentforce: what we recommend, and what we do not

Agentforce lets you build AI agents that act inside Salesforce: summarising cases, drafting replies, answering questions from approved content or updating records. The useful early cases are narrow and measurable; the risky ones let an agent write to records or reach customers without a check. We start where the data is already clean, pilot with a person reviewing outputs, and widen only once the error rate is known. In regulated settings, such as medical information, the human checkpoint stays. See AI agent development.

Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Health Cloud for pharma and medtech

Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud is Salesforce's industry product for pharma and medtech, covering commercial, medical, clinical and patient services work. Salesforce first announced it in October 2023, and in 2024 agreed to license IQVIA's OCE CRM software to speed up the customer engagement piece. Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement, the field CRM for pharma reps and key account teams, became generally available in October 2025, covering account and territory management, engagement planning, content and closed loop marketing, sample management, medical inquiries and an offline iPad app. As of late 2026, Salesforce markets the product as Agentforce Life Sciences (formerly Life Sciences Cloud), and several large pharma companies have publicly selected it.

Its arrival matters because Veeva, the long-standing pharma CRM, is moving its customers off the Salesforce platform to its own Vault CRM. Many pharma companies are therefore choosing between Vault CRM and Life Sciences Cloud for the first time in over a decade. We do not sell either licence; we do the data work that decides whether either succeeds: migrating and reconciling account, call and sample history, keeping the HCP and HCO master consistent, and rebuilding field and brand reporting. See Veeva CRM data integration for the Veeva side of that decision.

Health Cloud is Salesforce's product for providers, payers and patient services teams. For pharma hub and patient support programs, we integrate Health Cloud or Service Cloud case data with specialty pharmacy and hub feeds, so case status, benefits verification and time to therapy are reported from one model. That is the pattern behind our specialty pharmacy data analytics work.

06

Case snapshot: patient access reporting

A specialty therapy provider was rebuilding its patient access reporting by hand each cycle, and identifiers did not match between sources. We built clean identifiers and an MDM structure, automated case pipelines, standardised reporting and dashboards: 60 to 80 percent less manual work, and reporting that stayed stable.

How a Salesforce engagement runs

Assess the org and the data

We inventory objects, automation, integrations and reports, and measure data quality on the records that matter: accounts, contacts, opportunities or cases.

Agree the target

We agree the data model, the automation to keep or rebuild, and the reports leadership needs, with definitions written down before building.

Clean and integrate

Duplicates are resolved, integrations are built or rebuilt with error handling, and the data is reconciled against the source systems.

Automate and report

Flows and dashboards go live in a sandbox first, are tested with real users, then move to production.

Hand over and support

Your admins get documentation and a walkthrough.

08

How we handle your Salesforce data

Salesforce consulting questions

What do Salesforce consulting services include?
Typically org assessment, data cleanup and integration, automation in Flow, reporting and analytics, and support. Our work focuses on the data, automation and analytics layers, which is where most orgs lose the trust of their users.
What is Salesforce Data Cloud?
It is Salesforce's layer for unifying customer data from Salesforce and outside systems into resolved profiles that automation, analytics and AI can use. Salesforce renamed it Data 360 in October 2025. It complements a data warehouse rather than replacing one.
What is Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud?
It is Salesforce's industry product for pharma and medtech, spanning customer engagement, medical, clinical and patient services. Its customer engagement CRM became generally available in October 2025, and Salesforce now markets the product as Agentforce Life Sciences.
Should we move from Veeva CRM to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud or to Vault CRM?
It depends on your field model, content process, data contracts and the rest of your stack. We do not resell either product. We help you size the data migration, reconciliation and reporting work for each option, which is often where the real effort sits.
Can you fix automation another partner built?
Yes. Inherited orgs are a large part of our work. We inventory what exists, find conflicts and failures, and rebuild in Flow with documentation so your own admins can maintain it.
