Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to greenwolftechlabs.com and to any digital product bought from it. The site is run by Greenwolf Tech Labs LLP, Office No. 411, Best Sky Tower, Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi 110034, India ("we"). By buying a product you accept these terms. Last updated 24 October 2026.

Products and prices. Products are digital templates, spreadsheets and printable files. Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is currently charged in Indian rupees at the fixed amount shown at checkout, so your bank converts it and may add a foreign transaction fee. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We do not see or store your card details.

Licence. When you buy a product you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and edit it for yourself and inside your own organization, including with your clients, students and trainees. You may print as many copies as you need. You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute the files, or the edited files, as a template or product, alone or in a bundle.

Delivery. Download links are shown after payment and emailed to the address you give. Links stay active for 30 days. Please keep your own copy.

Professional use. Our templates are record-keeping aids. They are not clinical, legal or certification advice and do not replace your professional judgment, your supervisor, your organization's policies or official requirements. Greenwolf Tech Labs is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Always check requirements against the current BACB handbooks and the official documents they reference.

Privacy. Do not store protected health information in a template unless your organization's privacy and security policies allow it. We collect only the details needed to process and deliver your order; see our privacy policy.

Liability. Products are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and law. We may update these terms; the version in force when you bought applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction.
