Automations between your apps that are designed, not accumulated, and keep working.

Zapier and Make automations that keep working

Zapier and Make are the quickest way to connect business apps: a form fills a CRM, a deal triggers an invoice, a new order posts to Slack. The trouble starts when dozens of Zaps and scenarios pile up, built by different people, failing quietly and costing more in tasks every month.

As a Zapier agency and Make.com expert team, we build automations that are designed, not accumulated: the right tool per workflow, clear naming, error alerts, and a cost that stays predictable as volume grows.

What we build in Zapier and Make

  • Multi-step Zaps and scenarios

Paths, filters, formatters and lookups that handle the real process, not just the happy path.

    • Branching and conditions
    • Lookups against your data
    • Scheduled and triggered runs
  • CRM and sales automation

Leads captured, enriched, assigned and followed up across your forms, CRM and email.

    • HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce
    • Lead routing rules
    • Follow-up sequences
  • Finance and operations

Orders, invoices, payments and inventory kept in sync between your shop, accounting and ops tools.

    • Stripe, Shopify, QuickBooks, Xero
    • Invoice creation and reminders
    • Reconciliation alerts
  • AI steps

AI added inside Zaps and scenarios to classify, summarise, extract or draft.

    • Email and ticket triage
    • Document data extraction
    • Drafts for a person to approve
  • Audit and clean-up

Existing Zaps and scenarios reviewed, fixed, consolidated and documented.

    • Failing and duplicate Zaps found
    • Task usage reduced
    • A written map of every automation
  • Outgrowing Zapier

When task costs climb, high-volume workflows moved to Make or n8n, and the rest left where they work.

    • Cost comparison per workflow
    • Side-by-side migration
    • No big-bang switch

Zapier and Make questions

Why hire a Zapier expert instead of building Zaps ourselves?
Simple Zaps are easy to build yourself. Experts help when automations span several systems, need error handling, or have grown into something nobody fully understands. That is where the time and task costs hide.
Zapier or Make?
Zapier is the simplest and has the most app connections. Make handles complex, branching logic visually and is usually cheaper at volume. We often use both, choosing per workflow.
How do you keep Zapier costs under control?
By filtering early so runs that should not count do not, consolidating duplicate Zaps, and moving very high-volume workflows to Make or n8n where it saves money.
Can you fix our existing Zaps?
Yes. An audit of existing Zaps and scenarios is often the best first step: we find what is failing, duplicated or wasting tasks, then fix it.
