AI Agent and Chatbot Development

AI agents and chatbots grounded in your data, limited to the actions you approve.

01

AI agents that finish tasks, not just chat

An AI agent is software that reads, decides and acts: it takes a request, looks up what it needs in your documents or systems, does the work, and hands off to a person when it should. Built well, it takes routine volume off your team. Built badly, it confidently gets things wrong.

We are an AI agent development company that builds for real operations: agents grounded in your own data, limited to the actions you approve, tested against real examples before launch, and logged so you can see every decision they made.

02

AI agents and chatbots we build

  • Document processing agents

Invoices, forms, contracts and records read, checked and entered into your systems, with exceptions routed to a person.

    • Extraction with validation rules
    • Low-confidence cases held for review
    • Straight into your ERP or database
  • Customer support chatbots

Chatbots that answer from your own help content and policies, and hand over to a person with the context attached.

    • Answers grounded in your content
    • Escalation rules you control
    • Website, WhatsApp or email
  • Internal knowledge assistants

An assistant that answers staff questions from your SOPs, contracts and files, with the source quoted.

    • Retrieval from your own documents
    • Access that respects permissions
    • Citations for every answer
  • Operations agents

Agents that chase, reconcile and update: following up on orders, matching payments, updating records across systems.

    • Actions limited to an approved set
    • Runs on a schedule or on events
    • Every step logged
  • Sales and research agents

Lead research, enrichment and first-draft outreach prepared for a person to review and send.

    • Research from approved sources
    • Drafts, not autonomous sending
    • CRM updated automatically
  • Guardrails built in

Every agent has limits: what it may read, what it may do alone, and when it must ask.

    • Human approval for risky actions
    • Cost and rate limits
    • Monitoring after launch

How we build an AI agent

Define the job

One task, its inputs, what good output looks like, and what the agent must never do.

Ground it in your data

Connect the documents and systems it needs, with the same permissions your staff have.

Test on real examples

Measured against past cases before launch, so accuracy is known, not assumed.

Launch with a person in the loop

Review on by default, relaxed only where the numbers justify it.

AI agent development questions

What is the difference between a chatbot and an AI agent?
A chatbot answers questions. An agent also takes actions, such as updating a record, sending a document or creating a task, within limits you set. Many projects start as a chatbot and add actions once they have proved reliable.
Which models and platforms do you build on?
Models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, or open-source models where data must stay in-house, connected through APIs to your systems. We pick per task and measure on your examples.
How do you stop an agent from making things up?
By grounding answers in your own documents, limiting it to approved actions, testing on real cases before launch, and routing uncertain cases to a person instead of guessing.
What does an AI agent cost to run?
Model usage is usually small compared with the time saved, and we estimate it before building. We add cost limits so a spike cannot run up a bill unnoticed.

Describe the task you want an agent to take over

Tell us what the task is and how often it happens. We will come back with whether an agent fits, how it would work, and what it would take.

A reply from a consultant, usually within one working day.

  • We map your workflows and where the time actually goes
  • You get the three that cost the most, with what automating them takes
  • Delivered as a document, in 5 to 7 working days

We reply from [email protected], usually within one working day. We do not add you to a mailing list.
