01
The data and analytics layer around Veeva
Veeva holds the field's view of the world: calls, samples, emails, events, target lists and the HCP and HCO records they hang off. On its own, that view is incomplete. Brand teams want calls next to prescriptions, access teams want them next to specialty pharmacy and hub status, and leadership wants one number for reach and frequency that sales operations and analytics both accept.
Greenwolf builds the layer that joins them. We do not configure Veeva or resell it. We integrate Vault CRM and Veeva Network data with your specialty pharmacy, hub, claims and syndicated data in your warehouse, build the call and sample analytics on top, and, during a CRM move, prove that what arrived in the new system matches what left the old one. Our founder came up through pharma commercial operations consulting at ZS, so the work starts from the reports your field and brand teams already depend on.

Veeva CRM to Vault CRM: what is changing
For over a decade, Veeva CRM ran on the Salesforce platform. Veeva chose not to renew that agreement when its term ended on September 1, 2025, and is moving customers to Vault CRM, built on Veeva's own Vault platform. Under the wind-down terms Veeva disclosed in its fiscal 2025 annual report, it can no longer sell Salesforce-based CRM to new customers, and existing customers can keep running it during a wind-down period.
In March 2026, Veeva reported more than 125 customers live on Vault CRM, including multiple top 20 biopharmas, and set December 31, 2029 as the end of support for legacy Veeva CRM. Vault CRM sits in a wider suite that includes Events Management, Service Center, Campaign Manager and Patient CRM, and Veeva is adding AI agents to it.
The same split brought Salesforce into pharma CRM directly, with Life Sciences Cloud (see Salesforce consulting). Whichever way you go, the CRM move is a data project as much as a software project: every call, sample, target list and account record has to arrive intact, and every downstream feed and report has to be repointed and re-validated. These facts are as of October 2026; check Veeva's current terms for your own contract.

What we build around Veeva
Veeva data integration into your warehouse
Vault CRM and Network data loaded into Snowflake, Databricks, Azure or your existing warehouse, joined to specialty pharmacy, hub, claims and syndicated data on a shared HCP and HCO key.
- Scheduled, monitored loads
- Network ID as the linking key
- Restatements handled, not ignored
Call and sample analytics
Reach, frequency, call plan attainment and sample activity measured the same way by the field, sales operations and leadership.
- Reach and frequency by segment
- Call plan attainment
- Sample accountability reporting
Activity next to outcomes
Field activity set against prescriptions, referrals and patient starts, so brand teams can see where effort and demand diverge.
- Calls versus new to brand
- Referrals by called and uncalled HCPs
- Territory performance
Migration validation and reconciliation
Record-level reconciliation between legacy Veeva CRM and Vault CRM, or another target, before and after cutover.
- Counts and checksums by object
- Field-level comparison on samples
- Report parity before sign-off
Downstream repointing
Every extract, feed and dashboard that read the old CRM inventoried, repointed and re-tested, so nothing silently stops refreshing.
- Feed inventory
- Parallel runs
- Break alerts
Dashboards
Field, brand and leadership dashboards in Power BI, Tableau or your existing BI tool, with security set by territory and role.
- National to territory drill-down
- Row-level security
- Mobile views for the field

How a Vault CRM migration validation runs
Inventory
We list the objects, history and downstream consumers of your current CRM: every feed, extract, report and integration that reads it.
Define the checks
We agree what must match: record counts by object and territory, key fields, call and sample history, and the outputs of the reports people rely on.
Reconcile test loads
Each migration test load is compared against the source, with breaks traced to mapping, transformation or source data issues.
Run in parallel
Downstream feeds and dashboards run against both systems until the numbers match within agreed tolerances.
Cut over and monitor
After go-live, monitoring catches late or broken feeds early, and the old extracts are retired only after sign-off.

Case snapshot: patient access reporting
A specialty therapy provider was rebuilding its patient access reporting by hand each cycle, and identifiers did not match between sources. We built clean identifiers and an MDM structure, automated case pipelines, standardised reporting and dashboards. The outcome was 60 to 80 percent less manual work and reporting that stayed stable. Joining Veeva data to specialty pharmacy and hub feeds depends on exactly those foundations.
