01
What social media for financial advisors should do
Social media for financial advisors works when it explains money decisions clearly, cites sources, posts steadily and clears compliance review before going live. We research, draft, design and schedule the posts, build your firm's approval step into the workflow, and keep a record of what was approved.
Some advisers post rarely because every post needs compliance sign-off. Others post generic market commentary that could come from any firm. Neither builds trust.
What does build it is useful, specific content: what a new tax notification means for a particular kind of client, why one structure suits a situation better than another, the handful of things to check before a decision. That content is hard to produce on a schedule, which is where we come in. Our AI social media marketing packages handle research, drafting, design and scheduling, and we adapt the workflow so your compliance officer reviews each post before it is published.
02
What we post for financial advisors
Authority posts from the news
A carousel built from that day's or week's financial news, explaining what changed and who it affects, with the sources printed on the slide.
Explainers that lead to a conversation
Carousels that walk through a decision your clients face, such as how a structure works or what to weigh before a move, ending with an invitation to talk.
Short reels for reach
Ten to thirty second vertical videos, often a checklist read over simple visuals, that reach people who have not found you yet.
Founder and adviser LinkedIn posts
Posts in the voice of a named adviser, drafted from a short call or voice note, on the questions they are asked most.
Articles turned into posts
When a topic deserves more than a carousel, we write a blog article on your site and cut it into several posts that link back to it.
Firm news and events
Webinars, new team members, office openings and published research, scheduled ahead so they are never forgotten.

A real example: Greenwolf Advisors
Greenwolf Advisors is a cross-border wealth, tax and structuring advisory for Indian families and founders living abroad. Since 14 October 2026 we have published two to three posts a day for them, to Instagram, Facebook, X and Substack. Each day's mix draws on three formats:
- An authority carousel built from that day's financial news, with the sources printed on the slide, for example RBI or CBDT notifications, the Financial Times or Reuters.
- A conversion carousel explaining why a country or structure works for a particular client, for example a Singapore holding company for Indian founders.
- A short reach reel of about ten seconds, such as "10 things to know before investing abroad".
Nothing is published until it has passed an automated fact-check step. When a topic earns more depth, it becomes a blog article on their site as well. The point of the example is the cadence and the checks, not a claim about results: a daily rhythm like this is only sustainable when research, drafting and design are automated and the review step is fixed in place.

Compliance: FINRA, the SEC Marketing Rule and recordkeeping
We are not a compliance provider, and this is general information rather than legal or regulatory advice. Your firm's compliance officer decides what can be published. These are the rules we design the workflow around for US firms; firms elsewhere have their own equivalents.
- FINRA Rule 2210. For broker-dealers, retail communications generally need approval by a qualified registered principal before use, while interactive content, such as real-time replies, can be supervised like correspondence. FINRA's social media guidance also says a principal must approve a social media site before an associated person uses it for business. In Regulatory Notice 26-14 (9 July 2026) FINRA requested comment on replacing the pre-use approval requirement with risk-based standards and on removing the static and interactive distinction; comments closed on 11 September 2026, so treat it as a proposal until adopted.
- The SEC Marketing Rule. For registered investment advisers, Rule 206(4)-1 under the Advisers Act, adopted in December 2020 with a compliance date of 4 November 2022 (SEC Marketing Rule FAQ), allows testimonials and endorsements subject to conditions, including clear and prominent disclosure of whether the person is a client, whether they were compensated and any material conflicts of interest. We do not add testimonials, reviews or ratings to posts unless your compliance team supplies them with the required disclosures.
- Recordkeeping. FINRA says firms must keep records of business communications, including on social media, for at least three years, and advisers have their own books and records obligations for advertisements. Most firms meet this with an archiving tool connected to their social accounts. We work alongside whatever your firm uses and keep the approval record for each post: the final copy, the approver and the date.
In practice that means three things in our process. Every draft is fact-checked against its sources. Every post waits in an approval queue until your compliance officer signs off. And nothing is changed after approval without going back through the queue.
05
How a post moves from idea to published
Calendar and topics
Each month we agree themes with you: client situations, regulatory changes worth explaining, firm events. You edit the calendar before it locks.
Research and draft
AI drafts from the brief and from sources we have gathered, such as regulator notices and major financial publications, and keeps a link to each source.
Fact-check
An automated step compares every figure, date and named rule in the draft with its source. Anything unsupported is flagged and rewritten.
Design
Slides, images and reel covers are rendered from your brand template, with sources and any disclosures your firm requires printed on the design.
Compliance approval
Your compliance officer reviews and approves each post in one view. We record who approved it and when. Nothing is scheduled without that approval.
Publish, score, adjust
Every post is scored at 72 hours and the format mix shifts toward what performs. On one B2B LinkedIn page we manage, document carousels had a median engagement rate of 48% against 14% for single images across 27 scored posts, so carousels got more slots in the calendar.

Your first 7 free posts: what they would be for an advisory firm
Carousel 1: this week's change, explained
A recent tax, regulatory or market development, what it means for one type of client and what they might ask their adviser, with sources on the slide. It shows you follow the detail.
Carousel 2: one decision, both sides
A common client decision, such as consolidating old retirement accounts or how to think about a lump sum, with the factors and trade-offs laid out. It starts conversations without giving individual advice.
Single post 1: who we help
A plain statement of the clients you serve and the problems you solve for them. Prospects need to recognise themselves before they get in touch.
Single post 2: a checklist
Five things to gather before a first meeting or an annual review. Useful, easy to save and a natural reason to book.
Single post 3: a date to remember
An upcoming deadline or event relevant to your clients, such as a tax filing date or a webinar you are running, posted far enough ahead to act on.
Reel 1: ten things to know
A ten second checklist reel on a topic your clients care about, for example things to check before investing abroad. Short reels reach people outside your existing network.
Reel 2: an adviser answers one question
One adviser answering the question they hear most, filmed on a phone in under 30 seconds, subtitled by us. It puts a face and voice to the firm.

What the plans cover, and what they do not
All three plans are priced in US dollars and run month to month, with no long contract. Ad spend is not included: if you want to boost posts or run paid campaigns, that budget is paid directly to the platform.
Every plan includes source links, the fact-check step and an approval queue for your compliance officer. Archiving software and compliance review are your firm's own; we fit around them. If you also want replies, messages and reporting handled, our social media management services cover the day to day running of your accounts. For the full description of formats and reporting, see the AI social media marketing service page.
