01

What our social media management services cover

Our social media management services keep your business pages active every week without someone on your team giving up their real job to do it. We run it as a monthly service: a plan, a content calendar, posts and short videos drafted with AI, a person on your side approving each one, publishing on schedule, replies to comments and messages, and a report at the end of the month that says what worked.

Most small and mid-size companies already know what good social looks like. The trouble is the effort. Each post needs an idea, copy, an image or a clip, a caption adjusted per platform and someone to answer the comments it brings in. When the person doing it gets busy, the pages go quiet for a month, and the next burst starts from zero.

We are a consulting and technology firm working in automation, analytics and AI, with offices in India and the USA. That background shapes how we manage social accounts. The repetitive parts (first drafts, resizing, captions per platform, scheduling, pulling numbers into a report) are handled by AI and automation. The parts that need judgement (what your brand says, which claims are allowed, how to answer an unhappy customer) stay with people.

What a month of social media management includes

  • Strategy and channel choice

We agree which platforms matter for your buyers, what each one is for, and the few topics you want to be known for. Not every business needs to be on every app.

    • Audience and platform fit
    • Content pillars and tone
    • Goals you can measure
  • Monthly content calendar

A calendar in Google Sheets or your planning tool, filled a month ahead, with launches, offers, holidays and industry dates already slotted in.

    • One view of every post
    • Planned around your sales calendar
    • Edited by you before it locks
  • AI drafts, human approval

AI writes the first draft of each caption, carousel and short script from your brief and past posts. A person on our team edits it and you approve it before anything is published.

    • Drafts in your voice
    • Banned words and claims list
    • One-click approve or comment
  • Short video

Reels, Shorts and TikTok clips made from your footage, product shots or AI voice with subtitles, cut to the length each platform rewards.

    • Subtitles on every clip
    • Brand colours and logo
    • Cover images per platform
  • Community management

Comments and direct messages answered within agreed hours, with sales enquiries passed to your team and complaints escalated to a named person.

    • Reply guide agreed up front
    • Leads sent to your CRM or inbox
    • Sensitive issues escalated, not answered by AI
  • Monthly reporting

Reach, engagement, saves, clicks, enquiries and follower growth per platform, pulled into one report with a short note on what to change next month.

    • Top and bottom posts named
    • Trends against last month
    • Next month's changes listed

How often should a business post?

Less often than most people fear, and more often than most businesses manage. Hootsuite's posting guidance, based on its 2025 data, suggests roughly three to five Instagram feed posts a week plus Stories, one or two posts a day on Facebook and LinkedIn, two or three a day on X and Threads, three to five TikToks a week, and at least a weekly post on Pinterest and your Google Business Profile. Hootsuite also stresses quality over quantity, and we agree.

So we set cadence per platform based on your capacity and your audience, not on the maximum. A B2B firm might run LinkedIn daily, Instagram three times a week and a weekly Google Business Profile update. A restaurant or clinic might do the reverse. The calendar shows the agreed rhythm, and the monthly report tells us whether to raise or lower it.

If all you need is the publishing step taken off your plate, our post scheduling automation connects your calendar to each platform so approved posts go out on time with no one logging in. If daily short video is the gap, our automated social media videos workflow scripts, voices, renders and posts a clip each day. The management service described here sits above both: it decides what to say, writes it, answers the replies and reports on it.

04

How the monthly cycle runs

Plan

In the last week of each month we fill next month's calendar from your goals, offers and what performed well, and send it to you for edits.

Draft

AI produces first drafts of captions, carousel text and video scripts from the calendar, your tone notes and a list of words and claims to avoid.

Edit and approve

Our team edits every draft by hand. You see each post, with its image or clip, in one approval view and approve or comment in a click.

Publish

Approved posts are scheduled in your publishing tool, with captions and hashtags adjusted for each platform and AI labels applied where required.

Reply and route

Comments and messages are answered within agreed hours. Enquiries go to your sales inbox or CRM, complaints to a named person.

Report and adjust

Numbers come into one report each month, with the posts that worked, the ones that did not, and the changes for next month.

05

AI labels, disclosure and the rules we follow

AI makes drafting faster, but the platforms and regulators expect honesty about it. We build the rules into the workflow so nobody has to remember them on a busy day.

  • Meta. Facebook, Instagram and Threads apply an "AI info" label (renamed from "Made with AI" in July 2024), read C2PA and IPTC signals in files, and require you to disclose realistic AI-generated content. Ads made with Meta's own AI tools also show "AI info".
  • YouTube. Its help center requires creators to disclose realistic altered or synthetic content, such as a real person shown saying something they did not say, or a realistic scene that never happened. Help with scripts or captions, animation and beauty filters do not need disclosure. Repeated failure to disclose can lead to labels, removal or suspension from the YouTube Partner Program.
  • TikTok. TikTok is reported to require creators to label realistic AI-generated content and to label content carrying C2PA Content Credentials automatically.
  • FTC. The FTC's revised Endorsement Guides, reported effective July 26, 2023, expect paid or material connections with influencers to be disclosed clearly. The FTC's Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule, announced August 14, 2024, bans fake reviews, including AI-written reviews attributed to people who do not exist, buying or selling fake followers or views, and undisclosed reviews by insiders.
  • LinkedIn. LinkedIn's help center says it does not permit third-party software, bots or browser extensions that scrape or automate activity on the site. We never automate a LinkedIn account. We draft the posts, and a person posts and engages.

In practice this means we do not create realistic AI people or fake testimonials for your pages, we never buy followers, and influencer posts carry clear disclosure. This is not legal advice. If a campaign touches a regulated claim, your counsel should review it.

06

What social media management agencies charge

We quote a fixed monthly fee after a free review of your accounts, because cost depends on the number of platforms, posts per week and how much video is involved. For a sense of the market, WebFX's social media pricing guide, as published in October 2026, puts the average at $500 to $5,000 a month, with freelancers and agencies charging $35 to $150 an hour. The same guide lists content creation at $40 to $150 per post or $1,000 to $8,000 a month, and social ads management at $850 to $2,000 a month. Paid social is usually billed on top of organic management, and ad spend is always separate.

Software is a cost of its own. Hootsuite, Sprout Social and Buffer all charge per user, seat or channel, and design and video tools such as Canva and CapCut add more. Part of our setup is choosing the smallest tool stack that covers your platforms, in accounts you own.

07

Who this service suits

Owners whose pages go quiet whenever the person posting gets busy
Marketing leads with three or more platforms and no full-time social hire
B2B firms that want a steady LinkedIn presence written in the founder's voice
Clinics, restaurants, shops and service firms that need local reach and quick replies
Teams that want AI to save time but will not let it post unchecked

08

Why an automation firm, not only a social media marketing agency

A traditional social media marketing agency adds people as your volume grows. We add workflow. Drafts are generated from a brief rather than a blank page. Approvals happen in one place instead of a long email thread. Leads from comments and DMs land in your CRM automatically. Reporting builds itself from each platform's data instead of being copied into slides. That frees our team to spend its hours on what AI does poorly: judgement, taste and real conversations with your customers.

You keep ownership of everything. Your pages, publishing tool, design files, prompts and content calendar stay in accounts you control, so if you ever bring social in-house, the whole system comes with you.

Questions about social media management services

What do social media management services include?
Usually strategy, a content calendar, creating posts and short videos, scheduling, replying to comments and messages, and monthly reporting. Paid social advertising is normally a separate line item, and ad spend is always paid directly to the platform.
Will AI post to my accounts without anyone checking?
No. AI writes first drafts, a member of our team edits them, and you approve each post before it is scheduled. Replies to complaints and sensitive messages are always handled by a person.
How many posts a week will you publish?
It depends on your platforms and capacity. Hootsuite's 2025 guidance ranges from a weekly post on Pinterest and Google Business Profile to one or two a day on Facebook and LinkedIn. We agree a cadence you can sustain and adjust it from the monthly numbers.
How much does a social media management agency cost?
WebFX's pricing guide, as published in October 2026, puts the average at $500 to $5,000 a month. We quote a fixed monthly fee after reviewing your accounts, platforms and video needs.
Do you manage LinkedIn?
Yes, but by hand. LinkedIn does not permit bots or tools that automate activity on the site, so we write the posts and a person publishes and engages. We never connect automation tools to a LinkedIn account.
Do AI-made posts need a label?
Realistic AI-generated images or video usually do. Meta, YouTube and TikTok each have disclosure rules for realistic synthetic content, while AI help with captions or scripts generally does not need a label. We apply the platform's label wherever its rules call for one.
